Quality Policy
To win the trust of the customers is the first principle, only to keep improving the quality of products can win the valuable trust.

QC/Technical Support
DORTRON has established 9 QC procedures, equipped with well-found test instruments and computer systems. Professional QC department has adopted advanced PDCA circulation management system to ensuring high qualified rate.
Our QC department is furnished with three professional inspectors for the total quality control of products. And, a specialized QC team is designated to test goods for every order.

Procedures/Testing Details
The tests on our products include the following procedures:
1. The test of incoming materials: random test of incoming parts and one-by-one check of the main materials
2. Group test during the production by team leader
3. Whole test to the finished goods by QC members, and final test before goods are stored in the warehouse
Usually, we invite inspectors to our factory to check the quality of products before they are packed. At the mean time, the record for every test is carefully made for future improvement.
